MeetClique is a software-as-a-service platform that provides productivity and collaboration tools, including, where available, task management, calendar features, notes, time tracking, wallet tools, workspace collaboration, notifications, integrations, and AI-powered assistance.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using MeetClique, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you use MeetClique on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are using the Service as a consumer, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to act for that business.
4. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- keep your login credentials confidential;
- promptly update your information if it changes;
- accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You must not share your account in a way that violates your subscription plan, security controls, or applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or is being used in breach of these Terms.
5. Free Plans, Demo, and Paid Plans
MeetClique may offer:
- a free plan;
- a demo environment;
- one or more paid subscription plans.
Features, limits, storage, usage levels, and access rights may vary by plan. Certain features may be modified, discontinued, limited, or made available only on specific plans.
Where a demo is offered, it is provided solely for evaluation purposes. Demo environments may be limited in features, storage, duration, or data persistence.
6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal or other payment methods that may be made available from time to time. By making a purchase, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
Prices, billing periods, currencies, taxes, and plan details are as displayed at checkout or in your account area at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges, except taxes based on our net income.
7. Renewals and Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions may renew automatically for successive billing periods until canceled.
You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date through your account settings, PayPal subscription controls, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current paid period.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided, except where required by mandatory applicable law.
MeetClique offers a demo and may offer a free plan so users can evaluate the platform before purchasing. For this reason, by purchasing a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to assess the Service before payment.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under mandatory law.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or abusive material;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law;

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to MeetClique, including tasks, notes, messages, files, calendar entries, workspace content, and similar materials.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process your content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that:

- your content does not violate law or third-party rights;
- your content does not contain unlawful or malicious material.
11. Business Customers and Workspace Data
If you use MeetClique for business or organizational purposes, your organization may act as the controller of certain personal data processed through the Service, and MeetClique may act as a processor for that data. In such cases, the parties’ data processing terms may be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement.
12. AI Features
MeetClique may offer AI-assisted functionality, including content suggestions, summaries, task creation, or workflow assistance. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and any content created, modified, or acted upon using AI features.
13. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal, or security reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Service and user data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that use of online services carries inherent risks.
15. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, content created by us, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any of our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- payment is overdue;
- continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk;

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to payments, liability limitations, intellectual property, dispute terms, and indemnity.
17. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetClique and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MeetClique for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeetClique and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- your content;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of law or third-party rights.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on the website and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
